Yesterday, I hard to do 50 burpees and 50 kickdown crunches.  I strongly believe that the person who created burpees had severe anger management issues!  Wow those were hard!  And then to have to do the 50 kickdown crunches afterwards was very hard on the legs.  For those of you who are unfamiliar with kickdown crunches it’s basically a double leg left with a reverse crunch added in at the end.  I must say that I was glad that there were only 2 things to do, because I don’t think I could have handled anymore without at least a break in between.  Luckily today’s workout is an easier one.  I’ll let you know how that goes tomorrow!
