Day Two of the 30 Day Challenge

Yesterday’s workout was a pretty easy one. 100 bicycle crunches and 2 X 30 second planks. Today though, I have to do 50 burpees! I wonder who came up with these. Whoever it is, I’m pretty sure I’ll be cursing them part way through this workout!
If I can still move tomorrow, I’ll let you know how it goes.
